{"id":1853,"date":"2018-05-26T13:59:00","date_gmt":"2018-05-26T13:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concilio.velstudio.it\/?p=1853"},"modified":"2025-04-17T14:00:04","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T14:00:04","slug":"borghi-of-italy-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concilioeuropeodellarte.org\/en\/progetti\/events\/borghi-of-italy-2\/","title":{"rendered":"BORGHI of ITALY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On the occasion of the\u00a0<strong>16th International Architecture Exhibition \u2013 La Biennale di Venezia<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>Concilio Europeo dell\u2019Arte<\/strong>\u00a0presents in his historic seat\u00a0<strong>InParadiso Art Gallery<\/strong>\u00a0the project \u201c<strong>Borghi of Italy \u2013 #NO(F)EARTHQUAKE<\/strong>\u201d dedicated to the \u201c<strong>sustainable revitalization<\/strong>\u201d of the\u00a0<em>Italian villages \u2013 Borghi<\/em>.<br><br>The exhibition is focused on the\u00a0<strong>management of seismic risk<\/strong>, on \u201ckeeping safe\u201d the territories and its main objective is to raise\u00a0<strong>public awareness<\/strong>\u00a0about the theme of prevention of the villages in Italy, a monumental and historic patrimony. Furthermore, the project is also about the great theme of \u201c<strong>resilience<\/strong>\u201d of these Italian villages. The Concilio Europeo dell\u2019Arte presents \u201c<strong>BorgoAlive!<\/strong>\u201c, an original initiative which collects and shows to the public the Best Practices to activate the concept of sustainable revitalization and it artistically translate with<strong>\u00a0Marco Guglielmi<\/strong>\u00a0the theme faced by the project \u201cBorghi of Italy\u201d with a\u00a0<strong>site-specific artwork<\/strong>\u00a0in the exhibition spaces.<br><br>To complete the exhibition the Concilio Europeo dell\u2019Arte organizes for the months of September, October and November a cycle of\u00a0<strong>6 days of conferences<\/strong>, symposia, meetings and public debates about the five Italian Borghi presented as case histories in the project.
