{"id":1702,"date":"2025-04-16T13:24:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T13:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concilio.velstudio.it\/?p=1702"},"modified":"2025-04-16T13:24:09","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T13:24:09","slug":"look-of-on-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concilioeuropeodellarte.org\/en\/progetti\/exhibitions\/look-of-on-women\/","title":{"rendered":"Look OF | ON Women"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201c<strong>Look OF | ON Women<\/strong>\u201d is the new exhibition organized by\u00a0<strong>CEA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<strong>Concilio Europeo dell\u2019Arte at InParadiso 3030 Gallery\u00a0<\/strong>alongside the<strong>\u00a058th International Art Exhibition \u2013 La Biennale di Venezia<\/strong>\u00a0which continues CEA\u2019s project to delve into and\u00a0<strong>enhance the female figure<\/strong>\u00a0in Art.<br><br>The renovated location next to the magnificent Basilica dei Frari, in the historic center of Venice, hosts\u00a0<strong>contemporary art exhibitions<\/strong>\u00a0supporting CEA\u2019s cultural projects.<br><br>The new exhibition presents works by female and male artists who, through different and complementary expressive techniques, establish a dialogue from which\u00a0<strong>sensitivity<\/strong>\u00a0to natural elements and\u00a0<strong>feminine elegance<\/strong>\u00a0emerge, questioning the audience about the cultural identity of\u00a0<strong>feminism<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>women\u2019s social role<\/strong>.<br><br>For the occasion, the Concilio Europeo dell\u2019Arte presents artworks by\u00a0<strong>international renowned artists<\/strong>\u00a0such as the American\u00a0<strong>photographer<\/strong>\u00a0Alexa Miller, who tells the elegance of the feminine movements with her shots, the innovative and bright\u00a0<strong>video performances<\/strong>\u00a0of the Thai Kawita Vatanajyankur (who presented her complete last series \u201cPerforming Textiles\u201d at the solo- exhibition hosted at InParadiso 3030 until July 2019), while the Croatian Tea Bi\u010di\u0107\u00a0<strong>paints<\/strong>\u00a0with rapid brush strokes natural elements on canvas and wood trying to capture their essentiality. The male artistic look prediliges to investigate the physical presence\/absence of women: Anthony Fachin takes us back to the\u00a0<strong>corporeality of female movement<\/strong>\u00a0while Ramiro takes us into the\u00a0<strong>world of dreams<\/strong>\u00a0to discover light and indistinct memories.
