The\u00a0solo exhibition<\/strong>\u00a0of the artist Olivera Velkova,\u00a0S.P.Q.R. The ILLUMInating Spirit of 21st Century<\/strong>, organized by\u00a0European Council of Art<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with and under the patronage of the\u00a0Ministry of Culture of Republic of Macedonia<\/strong>\u00a0will be held from 12th May till 30th May 2012 at\u00a0InParadiso Gallery<\/strong>, Giardini della Biennale, Castello 1260, Venice. Opening on Saturday 12th May at 6:00 p.m.

Therefore stands the S.P.Q.R. initials of my exhibition project.\u00a0S.P.Q.R.-The ILLUMINInating Spirit of 21st<\/strong>\u00a0Century<\/strong>\u00a0is indeed the synthesis of two projects: The Master Cycle \u201cTHE WORLD AS 1 V07<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cTHE ART OF 21st CENTURY<\/strong>\u201d.

THE WORLD AS 1 V07 is a crown project, a Master Cycle of 50 artworks and pre-photographed journey (selection of 95 photographs) of the creation of the project, as a retrospective and sublimate of the previous 7 years of experiences and creative life. The idea for THE WORLD AS 1 V07 was born in Venice during the Art Biennale in Venice 2007, therefore stands the V07. Through all travels-life-experiences and researches, I came to a point when the message was clear as 1: THE WORLD AS 1. The world is 1. All is 1. One. 1 is All. 1 can only be entire if it consist all, le tout, within itself. THE WORLD AS 1 V07 consists of artworks acrylic on canvas and 95 carefully selected photographs

THE ART OF 21st CENTURY consist of 30 artworks presented as digital art on iPhone and iPad with the main intention to express the taste and the spirit of the 21th century. Some of their titles are part of the master Cycle THE WORLS AS 1 V07, which means they can be also made on canvases as paintings.

Olivera Velkova<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019artista<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Olivera Velkova<\/strong>, Olivera Velkova, Macedonian artist, living in Paris and New York, was born in 1977 in Skopje. Velkova comes from a cultural inspiring background: her grandfather, Ivan Velkov, died in 2008, is the Doyen of Macedonian modern art. He has been one among the top 500 artists in the world. After graduating in Architecture at University of Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia in 2001, she moves to Paris to enroll post-graduation studies in Medias, Visual Communication and Management at University ESDI Creapole, Paris.

Thanks to the her studies in Paris, she starts working as Consultant in PR in the domain of Visual Communication and Management in Fashion, Luxury goods and Events. Paris is also the place from where her artistic carrer begins: her first exhibition has been held at Museum of Modern Art \u201cPalais de Tokyo\u201d. Following key step in her way is the participation in the XIVth edition of International Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean, hold in Skopje, Macedonia.

Since in succession foll Ever since she takes part to many important and remarkable collective international exhibitions, among them in France (Paris), Austria (Salzburg), , Germany (Berlin), Italy (Venice), Russia (San Petersburg), India (Hyderabad). Her credo is \u201cLife is Art\u201d: she\u2019s promoting it constantly with her existence and presenting Macedonia worldwide as a true Ambassador, she is currently a Magistrate for Master of Art in Diplomacy and International Relations.
